Thank you for your interest in TRIO Classic & STEM Scholars at the University of Nevada, Reno. All completed applications will be considered for both programs.
Please take your time and answer all the application questions to the best of your knowledge. Should you need additional time to complete the application, you can save your progress and finish at a later time. Students who complete the application and meet the federal first-generation, income qualifications, and citizenship or permanent resident status for TRIO Classic & STEM Scholars will be invited to interview with our team. Applicants must bring or submit parents' or legal guardians' 2025 taxes (for dependent students) or their 2025 taxes and FAFSA Submission Summary (for independent students) at the time of the interview. Applicants will also be asked to submit proof of residency status with a real ID, passport, OR birth certificate.
